Rebirth of The Pixies with Fidlar, Cults and Best Coast

The Pixies seem to have been reborn. Is it the inclusion of the new "Kim"? Is it some sort of renewal of spirit on Charles's part (or maybe a musical mid-life crisis)? Is it just this particular time in space and planets lining up in just the right way? Whatever it is, I sense that the Pixies are going through a second major wave of creativity and purpose. I am excited. NO, more than excited, I am stoked as hell!

There North American General Public Tickets Tickets went on Sale this morning The Pixies will play killer shows in 33 cities over two months and starts in Toronto on January 15th. Opening acts:
Fidlar (Jan. 15 – 29), Cults (Jan 31 – Feb. 11) and Best Coast (Feb. 13 – Mar. 1) .
Not to fucking shabby, I say.
