Cardnl (Troy) is a mystery but hear FLAX DRIVE-- it is trippy and scattered

Cardnl is a mystery. He is a boy named Troy who lives in London, Ohio and makes some trippy soundscapes / songs in his basement and probably elsewhere. 

Check out Flax Drive. It is dreamy and a locomotive that falls off it's tracks and then gets back on.
