Jesse Saint John - Elevated Pop Sound of "MOVE"

MOVE by Jesse Saint John while ostensibly an indie pop song has so many flavors blended together it feels highly designed. Jesse's pushed sideways vocals have a touch of the punk soul of bands like Fishbone and the synth and plucky bass rhythmns almost feel like a cross between the Chili Peppers, the Human League and Miami Sound Machine all the while pushed through a dance punk filter.

Jessie has written pop songs for Camia Cabello, Charli XCX and even Britney Spears but his solo stuff feels like a cool hybrid mix as musically pop expressionistic as a Jackson Pollock painting.
