"Monochromatic Fields" seeps in that part of your brain that holds memories- out of Denmark: ilt

ilt out of Copenhagen, Denmark are a post rock band that veer into foggy expansive dream works of sound. Their aesthetic when you think about it casts a wide net. As I look at people I know with all their diverse tastes from punk to indie rock to hip hop to rap and more I think what ilt does feels like sounds they would all get lost in. It is the nature of the sounds that take your mind away.

The track Monochromatic Fields seeps into that part of your brain that holds memories instantly. It eases in and then blows up with bigger rock touches and then rolls into pearly guitars and echoed vocals once again. When the evocative sax solo it is a surprise and, surprisingly a lovely one.
