Oh hell yeah... the track Dunkirk by Dublin art punk rockers Silverbacks feels a bit like the proto punk / art rock out of New York's CBGB's or Hollywood's Whiskey A Go Go circa 1983. The big tom tom beat, dominant bass line, twisted Batman guitar lines and talky vox feel kind of like Television, Talking Heads, Butthole Surfers, Wall of Vodoo and Richard Hell all smooshed together and I love it.
