A Cure for A Head Cold - a hot toasted POP-TART and Herbal Tea (?)

This thing that has been going around has got a hold of me. Co-workers around me were sick and most probably the long hours working on too many projects at once and lack of sleep left me vulnerable. I really do not get sick often. I really do not. This has impacted my slow down in blogging and for that I apologize. All will be normal soon nice people.
