Swine Tax and the unbridled cheeky post punk sway of "I'd Like"

I'd Like by Newcastle upon Tyne (England) tricky trio Swine Tax has the unbridled cheeky Brit 60's / 70's / 80's passion of iconic British bands like The Who, The Kinks and The Buzzcocks and iconic American post punk bands like The Pixies and Sonic Youth. Love the active fluid bass lines, free form drums and cool, cool jagged guitar lines and of course, the pursed lipped vocal performance. Jesus, I love this sound.

PRESS NOTES:
Combining visceral college-rock with angular post-punk, Swine Tax have established themselves as a distinctive and formidable band across their diverse catalog of single releases. With their constantly mutating musical interests, it is their unwavering attitude which unifies their increasingly prolific output. They have so far earned the backing of many radio shows, music publications and tastemakers, including the likes of BBC 6 Music, Louder Than War and The Line of Best Fit.
Formed in 2017, the abrasive Newcastle upon Tyne trio quickly found themselves at the heart of the North East alternative music scene. Their captivating and relentless performances have seen their live reputation continue to grow, typified by them being invited to share stages with the likes of the Orielles, Brix & the Extricated, Bully, Jeffrey Lewis, Shopping, the Nightingales, Spiral Stairs and more.
Swine Tax are currently working on new material for release in early 2019
