New Jersey's Big Wake has pop rock sparkles and proggy diversions
AP Track Review
New Jersey's Big Wake push out indie rock fused through blues and proggy diversions. On Is This The Night they also sprinkle their sound with pop rock sparkles, 90's College rock attitudes and... a blistering guitar lead.

THE FACTS AS WE KNOW THEM - PRESS NOTES:
Big Wake formed in 2010 in Jersey City, NJ and immediately began churning out jam-infused indie/rock tunes, a la Ben Folds meets The Allman Brothers. Their songs posses a lyrical and melodic quality commonly associated with singer-songwriters, combined with the types of peaking instrumental jams that you don't tend to hear from those artists. They have shared the stage with such diverse artists as Rusted Root and Better Than Ezra. Their second album titled Why We Belong is due out on 11/8/19.
