Stray Fossa's first single of 2020, "Are You Gonna Be Okay" is a cool curious come on

Stray Fossa's dreamy and slippery track Are You Gonna Be Okay ends with thick bright electric guitar strums and a walking descending bass line that amps you up. After all that proceeded it, an exceedingly cool guitar prog, casual but moving beat, hushed vox, curious lyrics, super interesting out of this world synth sounds and yes, that bass that holds hands with the drums so perfectly, the end, so abrupt, sort of feels like a come on.

Are You Gonna Be Okay is the first single of 2020 releasing ahead of an East Coast Tour before heading back into the studio in the spring. Nice.

Fresh off the release of their single "It's Nothing," which was shared widely by the likes of tastemakers David Dean Burkhart, BIRP.FM, and major regional radio WNRN, the band returned to their attic studio to pump out January's "Are You Gonna Be Okay." Expected to be Baby Yoda's favorite song of 2020, AYGBO is a short, sauntering tune that asks an important question. The single is set to be released ahead of an east coast tour in early 2020 and a spring season spent back in the studio.
