The Heavy Eyes' blues rock badassery of "The Profession" is poised to be everywhere

Badassery

When I pushed play on The Heavy Eyes' track The Profession I immediately thought "What kind of badassery is this?" Then I thought that artists like Hanni El Khatib and The Black Keys might need to move over because future Levis commercials and any other commercial that needed a self assured fuzzed up, muscular, post punk blues up pile driver of a song, now have Memphis, Tennessee's The Heavy Eyes. If The Profession and, their name itself, is an indication of what their upcoming 4th LP "Love Like Machines"sounds like then their songs will surely grace many commercials and movie soundtracks and other forms of media. This sound that you know when you hear it is infectious and speaks to the part of us that wants to be cool under fire. Play The Profession through your ear buds while walking into your work place (in ultra slow motion of course) and you will feel cooler whether you are a construction worker, financial adviser or the office IT guy. Yeah.

The Heavy Eyes' - "LOVE LIKE MACHINES" drops on March 26th, 2020.

THE FACTS AS WE KNOW THEM - PRESS NOTES:

First release of The Heavy Eyes' 4th LP, "Love Like Machines". The Profession is dripping with blown out fuzz tones and powerful hooky vocals. It stands as an ode to all artists grinding away at their craft while wanting to rip a dirt bike through their day-jobs office, exiting by blasting through the window and leaving it all behind.
