Ali Coyle's jammy elegant indie orchestrations on "Trust Me"

"

Irish-American singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist Ali Coyle (Beaux Gris Gris & The Apocalypse) has released her first single Trust Me from her upcoming debut solo album "Song For My Therapist" (2020). Coyle has a rich vocal aesthetic that flows over her airy melodies. Her propensity for movement and folk indie orchestrations keep the track jammy but with an elegant indie quality too. When the musical break takes over the song dances.

"indie-pop melodies with layers of poetic-folk style guitar, vintage synths, and a mixture of organic and electronic drums to tell a story of queer love, heart break, and healing"

THE FACTS AS WE KNOW THEM - PRESS NOTES:

Ali Coyle is an Irish-American singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist. Her debut album, “Songs For My Therapist,” intertwines indie-pop melodies with layers of poetic-folk style guitar, vintage synths, and a mixture of organic and electronic drums to tell a story of queer love, heart break, and healing.
Coyle found belonging in the Santa Ana arts community after a period in Los Angeles living in warehouses. The album emerged when Coyle believed that leaving LA would pull her further from her artistic goals. She began seeing a therapist, and writing her own music again back in Orange County. A year later, with production from Dave Tweedie and Tom Rasulo, “Songs For My Therapist,” would be completed.
Coyle is a member of indie-blues band, Beaux Gris Gris and The Apocalypse, and is a recent collaborator of indie-electronic artist Yppah. When she is not performing music, she is a sommelier for her family’s restaurants in Orange County, CA.
