Sydney based Polythought design a soundscape with futuristic "Parallels" (Official Video)
"the dark sadness"
"Parallels explores the idea of being trapped by societal norms and longing to break free."
Polythought is the musical project of Vinay Matta and Oliver Tank based in Sydney, Australia and their track Parallels is bathed in electronica through and through even though, there are organic elements within the mix. Sometimes the sense of total electronica can be a hindrance but not here. The futuristic landscape lends to the dreaminess, the dark sadness with laces of hope and longing. Why? Because there is always hope and longing.
