The Bloody Mallard's instrumental proggy alt rock gets heavenly heavy on "Noble Rot"

The Bloody Mallard

Noble Rot from the album "Realm" by the London alt rock / progressively drawn, The Bloody Mallard, maintains civility but only for moments at a time. The eruptions are many, a seemingly chaotic fury of overblown drums, dominant bass lines that find empty holes to wind through and guitar patterns that stomp and precisely wind melodies into knots. The instrumental prog rock trickles and pours, churns and bubbles over like nature itself.

THE FACTS AS WE KNOW THEM - PRESS NOTES:

The Bloody Mallard is a heavy psych, prog, alt rock project, from London. After experimenting with melodies, rhythms and tones that were reminiscent of many mushroom trips in rural Kent, guitarist, Tom Walding, took the sonic segments finally formed into songs which turned into the album, ‘ Realm’.

"Noble Rot" from the album "Realm" by The Bloody Mallard 'Noble Rot' is the first single from the upcoming heavy psych, prog and alt-rock project album adventure, 'Realm', from The Bloody Mallard. It was written last and is the focal point of the album by taking vibes from each track and brought together as an indication for what the sound of the album is. It combines elements of prog, stoner, psych and math rock, whilst remaining an accessible track with riffs that don’t hold back.
