The Blue Sky by Chicago based RaceYouAnytime (aka John TerMaat) is a carnival ride as scene through a carnival mirror. The emotionally muted, matter of factly vocal style, the psychedelic Farfisa-esque organ does feel off kilter but on point at the same time. It is a song that doesn't feel like a trip down the rabbit hole but feels like the rabbit hole itself. Woah.
