Rich Girls' post punk boiler "The Fighter" leaves a cool defiance in it's wake (buy it- all money goes to SPLC)

"trip on the pavement, bit your lip"

Rich Girls' cooker The Fighter rides on droning horror pop-esque synths, a sort of hybrid western / surf guitar, tom tom tribal drums and Lusia Black's growling vox (haah). It is the NYC- based art punk's new single and, on the track, Black shares: “Fuck bigots, it’s all I thought about this year. If it’s about anything, it’s about that.”

The Fighter leaves a thick atmosphere of cool defiance in it's wake. Buy it and enjoy and know that All proceeds from Bandcamp digital purchases of the single will be donated to the Southern Poverty Law Center. I love this organization (Fighting Hate, Teaching Tolerance, Seeking Justice. Since 1971. Monitoring Hate Groups. Legal Aid. Exposing Extremists.)
