Train Fantôme and the utterly beautiful dream "Pour s'aimer comme avant"

 

"French folk indie duo"

Gliding on somber bits of percussion, dreamy organ tones and plucked guitar notes is a foreign film, evocative and so, so , sadly, utterly beautiful. I am listening to Train Fantôme, the French duo of Lise Dua and Antoine Nouel and from their second album "Nous sommes dans un rêve" and because I don't speak their language I can only bathe in the sound including Dua's exquisite lilt and imagine what she is singing about. Maybe I am the lucky one.

"Nous sommes dans un rêve" ('We are In a Dream') is released via Cudighi Records based in Los Angeles.
