American Sound and the synthetic future dream punk of "Fantasy III"

"Surviving not thriving..."

"Fantasy III" by London based American Sound, the solo music project by Tom Hirst (Design A Wave, HMS RMS, Tom & Dan), feels like punk from another time, a young Pixies-esque band on a future distant Mars substation. A band whose guitar signals might move on silent wavelengths until they explode inside a million minds all at once. Very cool evocative sound. A big bold synthetic dream punk tune with vocalizations made by robots and beautiful pearly tones orbiting around it all.
