Step into the bohemian psych rock / folk flirtations of "Stars Above Her" by Australia's Super Orbit and you might be transported somewhat back to the 70's atmospheres of artists like Led Zeppelin, Moody Blues, Humble Pie but these Aussies are not a revival band. I can feel dream pop tones and iterations of freak folk, space rock and especially elements of surf and desert rock when things get heavy.
This track would feel so killer within the context of a surf movie, a travelogue across the globe with surfboard and guitars in tow.
