The Rhymes from Uppsala, Sweden aim to be magical and they are on "Homerun"

AP Track Review

From Uppsala, Sweden, the indie rock-pop band, The Rhymes is Tomas Karlsson, Erik Eklund. Oscar Lindeberg and Adam Ehlert and their vibrant, shiny track Homerun feels at once art poppish and sort of glam inspired. I thought of The Killers, of Kaiser Chiefs. There are drops into whimsical sounds and the lead vox is deliciously gritty. The slight Swedish accent adds to the allure. The boys aim to be magical and they are.
