Adélaide indie pop affair "Silent Hope" has 80's new wave skin and late 70's proto punk bones

"you ain't trying to hide what you're feeling inside"

Silent Hope by Adélaide, the Indie/Pop project of French singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Tanguy de la Panouse is a wonderfully engaging piece of indie electro pop. It has a slick shiny pants feel with an 80's new wave skin and late 70's proto punk bones. Tanguy's vocal aesthetic is both aloof and raised eyebrow smart and sideways.

Adélaide is the Indie/Pop project of French singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Tanguy de la Panouse. Originally from the south of France, Tanguy created Adélaide after having moved to Berlin.

Although he started the project late last year, it has not taken long for him to compose, collaborate with local producers and record music. « Silent Hope » is the third of a four-single release schedule.

Tanguy developed a very unique style through its different influences, taking Indie elements and adding pop melodies and dreamy synthesizers.
