Beneath the Burning Bridge from Arni Ehmann's recently releaed "Staring at the Moon" album is evocative slow burning, cinematic escapism. The driving nature, Ehmann's cool gritty, internal vocal aesthetic within the vast sound that veers toward a post rock ballad sound is deceptively captivating and romantic. The lead guitar break is dreamy and feels like some kind of resolution or climax (to that movie in your mind).
