Bloody Death jumps in deep divergent rock waters on "Never Have I Ever"

"never would I let you down

Never Have I Ever by Bloody Death, the solo project of Ted Foster (based in the South of Spain by way of Eastbourne, UK) might feel at first glance a bit like slacker rock but upon a second glance you realize it is something else entirely. Foster shifts things by composing in progressive twists and turns amid the sort of post punk languidness. These changes become big waves of heavier guitar full of big downbeats that feel a bit psyche rockish as well. The stabs of sounds, syncopated dance of instruments makes it feel like intricate 90's college rock. I though of Pavement while listening. Cool stuff.
