That beautiful voice comes from Gothenburg, Sweden's Ocean Onyx. I figured I would tell you that right away. She is an indie folk / pop singer-songwriter and she embraces us all with her vocal aesthetic on the track A Little Rock, amid a choir of trombones and autoharp strums. Behind the evocative melodies there is a self assured feeling, a sense that her vocal presence is not a performance as much as it is just an inner dialogue that we are all privy to.
