Hot Jam Factory percolates and shines like sounds from an 80's glitter prom on "20 20"

"wish I could tell you now that I know"

"20 20" by Hot Jam Factory, the brain child of Jordan Trevino and Sean Saman (Harrisburg, PA) glimmers like an 80's high school romancer in a John Hughes flick with that redhead we all loved. Riding on beats, a super cool kind of tropical punk guitar and bass lines and vox that, well, are those kind of 80's vox that were drenched in that vocal inflection / accent that felt like a combination of total aloofness, cool and growing up in London.

(Write-up on HJF’s song “The Under Age”)

"It’s as if the band found a way to combine the best parts of Arcade Fire with the best parts of Cage the Elephant without sounding like a knockoff of either project” - Substream Magazine

(Write-up on HJF’s 2019 album “Hi-Fi Underside”)

"Hot Jam Factory‘s second full-length album, Hot Jam Factory and the Hi-Fi Underside, is a new and exciting chapter for Indie Rock. The album narrates the here-and-now through anthemic, emotionally captivating tracks that seamlessly flow into one another. A must-listen coming-of-age album.” - Relix Magazine
