Doublethink and the funky politico pop affair "Patiently"

The mysterious Doublethink has released a wonderful funky pop indie affair named "Patiently" with deep bass lines, politico lyrics, cooly smooth production, chill wave affections and a dynamically engrossing vocal performance. Press notes indicate that:

Doublethink is an anonymous duo, an American Fulbright researcher and peacebuilding professional who is the lead singer and a co-producer, and a blind Irish-Nigerian producer and photographer who is the main producer and engineer.

Which is intriguing to say the least. The lyrics below the You Tube Video may give some clues as the songwriter is listed as Matthew Leventhal. In the end, who Doublethink is comprised of is not as important as their art. Really digging this for so many reasons. It is in the end, as a piece of poetry and artful production, perfect.
