Roseinstereo and the psychedelic half trance San Fran come on of "Spanish Bells"

"let your hands and feet drift away..."

"Spanish Bells" is a psychedelic trance state that feels like late 60's Haight Ashbury and the perfect thing for me this early Monday morning as I sit coffee. The band is Roseinstereo (aka Rose) and they do hail from San Francisco. The DIY affair made me think a bit of "Put the Lime in the Coconut" by Nilsson and other trippy tracks by Donovan. The song seems to tell a story in high about an encounter with a comely other and the band do share that they intended to write a "Donovan meets Norweigian wood song" and they have with (to me) a sort of folk country underbelly a lah The Allman Brothers (maybe). It is sleepy, drenched in patchouli oil and tie dye dreams.

This is our third release on spotify. Recorded in our home studio. Classic psych rock vibe, with added percussion for a folk groove. Was trying to write a Donovan meets Norweigian wood song. Visual lyrics with folk style strumming on a bed of reverse delay to keep it trippy.
