Kangaroo Court and the massive, artful churning psych rock praise of "Order!"

The frenzy, the mystery, the bow to the metal gods and every psychedelic hallucination throughout time seems to be coalesced in the dizzying, cool, power of "Order!" by Kangaroo Court, 4 guys from Chicago with mad skills and creative visions. As press notes reveal, "the track is mixed by psych legend Cory Hanson and features distorted chromatic guitar riffs over 7/4 drums with a massive chanting chorus", oh and it simply kicks ass. The emotional push translates to head banging, air guitar, air drumming (undoubtedly) and more importantly a breath and scope of all the heavy genres from from 60's /70's psych rock / heavy metal to progressive rock bands extraordinaire. Listening to this glorious track repeatedly and I felt the ghosts or the sonic DNA of artists lie King Crimson, Led Zeppelin, The Mars Volta, Tomahawk, Muse, Porcupine Tree. The ramping up dark, sinister edges from 2:10 to 3:10, that incredibly 1 minute atmospheric passage of sound is amazing, it is everything you want it to be. It instills an inspirational vacuum that draws you in to something so exquisitely rock and so exquisitely artful.
