The hypnosis or meditation of "FEVER BABY" by San Fran's Buddy Junior wraps around you like a warm cozy quilt your Auntie made wrapped around you on a cold day. Love the washed out distortion, the easy prog you can play along to, the double snare snap on the beat, the dreamy boy / girl vox and the layers of oooohs and aaaaaah like if the Beach Boys were post punk.
I also love the emotional arc of the lyrics. Full of wanting, of needing, of hopeful gazes and heartache too, all conveyed wonderfully by Jaybe Lenar and Feedbag.
