Brave Baby and the frenetic art punk mayhem of "Difficulture" (Official Visualizer)

"I just really want to bleach my hair and pierce my nose / All these Reggie delta zetas they just got to go / Television man, you brought the chaos / I've had better vibes chilling at a seance / Shake it up like a new San Andreas..."

Step into the frenetic art punk mayhem of "Difficulture" by Charleston, South Carolina's Brave Baby and you feel a sideways barrage of sounds that feel very late 70's proto punk colliding with current alt punk. The massive bass lines, drones of sound, rabid tom tom beats, wailing sax and shouty vox. I am feeling a cross generational mix of artist like Richard Hell and the Voidoids, TV On The Radio, KennyHoopla, LCD Soundsystem, etc.

"Difficulture is the product of the thought we've grown
Never owning, never learning, only buying what we're sold
I don't know man, you just had to be there
Paranoia and a heavy dose of don't care
Ma's on drugs and Pop has a blank stare"

LINER NOTES:

[Future punk psychedelia originally recorded after the election in 2016 but shelved then revived recently. One of the most fun and insane outros we've ever created. Synth rips like a guitar, sax rips like a synth. Such a wild ass song.]
