London's Tugboat Captain's bouncy "Day to Day" and the band's journey to the States

London's Tugboat Captain

The track Day to Day (demo) from London's Tugboat Captain is from their LP3 Digital Demo Tapes  as part of the band's SXSW and New Colossus Festival Fundraiser to help them get "across the pond to the USA". PLEASE lend a hand and go to this LINK to check it out: Tugboat Captain Fundraiser.
NOTE that they are getting down to the wire.

Day to Day (demo) a free wheelin' yet tightly crafted indie pop track about one's "station in life" and about hopes and longing and fighting daily battles (with life and mental anguish) to find what we all want... happiness. Love the staccato guitar lines, bouncy drums and sort of 60's Brit pop vox.

Love this track BUT gotta go donate now!

THE FACTS AS WE KNOW THEM - PRESS NOTES:

From the band:
Here's a track from our LP3 Digital Demo Tapes. While we put the finishing touches on our new album we're both nervous and happy to share the demos for this process as part of our big ol' funding drive to get us to The US for SXSW and The New Colossus Festival. These tracks are the template for the third album that we've spent the last few months buried away in Abbey Road and are very dear to our hearts. One can head over to our Indiegogo to purchase the full set of demos and help contribute to our trip. These demos will not be made available for streaming or any other sort of purchase - they are a unique part of our crowdfunding!
Recorded at Ingelow Road Studios, 2019
