Mantaray's beautiful, tender, sad ascension of "In Everything"

"I must of been out of my mind"

There is a specific moment during Mantaray's dreamy track In Everything (exactly 50 seconds in) that you feel this lovely ascension. The moment I heard it, felt it, I was sitting outside under the safety of a wooden awning during a rainstorm contemplating life and everyone huddled in their own form of social distancing. The floating guitars lines, shuffling, shifting drum patterns, droning synths, bass sways and lovely, tender but sad vocal harmonies put me in a deep state of reflection and clarity too. I don't think that would of happened in the same way had I not been listening to this song. Beautiful stuff. Music can be powerful but, then, you already know this.

Mantaray are based out of Jyväskylä, Finland and are Jiri - Oula - Iida - Jonne - Miika - Jaakko.
