House Recipe and the heavy and soft edges of "Cold Breezes"

"Cold Breezes" from Kennesaw, Georgia's House Recipe's eponymous 2022 EP is what I need more of, what I have gravitating to more. Hard edged, stripped down rock (any kind of rock you want to call it) that whether a studio recording feels live, feels like musicians playing together catching each other's vibe. Playing in a band when everyone is in sync artistically and emotionally is a wonderful thing that I haven't personally felt in years but still cherish. Also digging the down home, earnest vocal aesthetic of singer, guitarist Rhett Henson that sound nothing but real and the bottom anchor held down by bassist Garrett Wheeler and fluid drum hammer of Javier Tobon.

All taken and perfectly measured to leave a taste lingering and leaving you wanting more
