WITXHES and the heavy dark industrial punk caustic waves of "A Part Ache"

"aaaaaaaargh..."

"A Part Ache" by Swedish hard core noise / industrial punk outfit WITXHES, the dark imaginings of noise rock artist Richard Ahlgren (danmarck) and electronic music producer Henrik Sunbring (Domus, oplen, ex-Agent Side Grinder), is heavy to be sure but I am feeling a sort of rabid surf punk meets metal core screamo blend here. It is as if OSSES wore black nail polish and enlisted Hernan "Eddie" Hermida on vox. The punk rock drums, throttling bass and heavy synth sounds have touches of electro punk and gothic rock atmospheres. The feeling is less math rock-ian and I love that. The waves of sound and dark vocals are a mosh punchy, horror pop meets industrial punk place to get lost in.
