Killer v King and the abstract submission of "Heaven"

Killer v King creates his sonic universes all by himself. Listening to the lean dreamy "Heaven" and you wouldn't ever thing that without knowing. There is a breath and scope of self awareness in the songwriting, in the production. It also doesn't hurt that KvK's vocal instrument is so incredibly magnetic. The percussive things happening, the double time bass and the sound of that bass, the nimble dreamy guitar work, the violin drops all work so well but it might be the little things. The split second pause at times, the fall into drama and sadness. 

As a singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist KvK tempers his talents with a keen ear. Such one man bands / producers often times do way too much like they cannot stop. This is not the case here. 

“Heaven’ is a fervently introspective look at ones life in their mid 20's, the choices they've made, the loves they've lost, and anticipation of an uncertain future. There are moments of clarity within this track that serve as meditative breaths one can take while navigating the torrential waters of life.”

“Sometimes the small choices we make change the path of our entire lives,” King states.
