AP Track Review:
Closing my eyes and listening to Rollingchild on the time and mind bending track Feeling and I imagine a vast shiny stage circa 1967 with Michael Anthony Bostino (Rollingchild) on a white circular riser with bright yellow and earthy toned twisted panels rising off into the TV horizon as a band with full string section and go go dancers sway sexily but not as sexily as Bostino himself as his rapturous voice turns heads and hearts. This Atlanta based producer, singer songwriter can wail with a self aware confident swagger. Part Tom Jones to Cliff Richards to Har Mar Superstar to Charles Bradley, Bostino's wail, tender, strident, soulful and plaintive is unique and, itself, like a time machine of sorts. The music framing that voice, part spaghetti western and more 60's chamber pop is a trip... a heady time bending trip.
