Grace D and Themorethanevers
Themorethanevers is a music producer (based in Santa Cruz, California) primarily moving sounds into view blending chill hop, EDM and R&B fused projects. On the track Stubborn Dreamer he collabs with Oakland based neo-soul singer and songwriter, Grace D and rapper Killer Stryda from South Africa. The track about the "harsh reality of one sided relationships" starts with soulful distorted keys (or loops thereof) and a chill beat as Grace D's earthy and sultry vox flow over it all. The narrative is linear and after Grace D tells her relationship story it is Stryda's turn. I would of loved to hear Grace D's expressive retort but the vibey track ends too soon. What a shame.
