[THESSENCE] Dancing Void
"Symphony of Strangers" by Sweden based Dancing Void has the refrain "I'm not addicted, I'm not addicted, I'm not addicted to you..." and I can say clearly that I am addicted to that refrain. I find myself singing it and moving in odd ways (like a Thom Yorke dance) to the incredible bounce and flow of the melodies intertwined with the stormy beat, electronic bits of funk, and sultry sections of minimalism. Dig this. Check out this Swedish treat but fair warning, you may become addicted.

Symphony of Strangers is an ominous and psychedelic groovefest that takes on the perspective of someone being seduced by the faceless voices of internet communities. It's the third track of our album Electroluminescence.
THE FACTS AS WE KNOW THEM - PRESS NOTES:

We are Dancing Void: a savory concoction of the gritty noise only blown speakers can boom and the polished sound of electronic pop music. We are an alternative synth-pop band from Sweden. In August 2015 we got together in a basement in the northern part of Stockholm. We were four friends who wanted to play and create music but there was one catch - all four of us were keyboardists. Luckily for us we had some experience with other instruments too, accompanied by a passion for music originality.
Finding a band name proved to be very, very, very difficult… very difficult. It was a long struggle, we wanted to find something original and more importantly something that made sense. We found some goodies but either they were taken or had some unwanted implications. Four years after we first got together, literally five minutes before releasing our first single “Drunk.Boyz” we sat down and decided on the name Dancing Void. We are currently (2020) working on an album and will continue to release some singles before we drop it.
