AP Track Review
Basement Revolver out of Hamilton, Ontario on their track Wax and Digital churn out a sound that is both airy and washed out but rock solid with a powerful beat, stair stepping bass lines and dreamy guitar lines all setting a sort of noise rock-esque framework for Chrisy Hurn's plaintive vocals. Wax and Digital is their latest single (as the title track of their latest EP) and a follow up to their 2018 debut full length "Heavy Eyes."

THE FACTS AS WE KNOW THEM - PRESS NOTES:
Basement Revolver has been crafting both noisy and graceful shoegaze-esque tracks out of their hometown of Hamilton, Ontario since releasing their 2016 debut single, "Johnny". Last year the band released their first full length, Heavy Eyes, and are now following with an EP titled Wax and Digital.
The band recently released the title track, which showcases their ability to blend a timeless sound with modern production, offering an uptempo reverb-drenched guitar-pop song centered around singer Chrisy Hurn's wistful, longing lyrics.
