"I might be a ghost"
Callie Marino from Minneapolis, MN's Dad Bod wears her heart on a vocal aesthetic that feels a bit torn, searching and full of quiet and loud passion. ON the track Spirits that rides on a spartan sound of an upfront drum beat and pearly guitar lines, she sings seemingly about detachment and presence.
if you saw light through me... I might be a ghost and my biggest fear is transparency
Or maybe the loneliness, the reconciliation of past hurts. It is a universal feeling for all of us and Dad Bod is a perfect commiseration.
Dad Bod is Callie Marino, Alex Gray, Noah Topliff, and Wilson Zellar.
