"you can keep the baby and if you're lucky maybe you'll catch me when I'm passing through..."
California indie rock band The Gromble have never been afraid to paint with deeply emotional colors even though their brand of indie rock takes on different hues whether they incorporate psychedelia, garden rock tones, emo dives, art rock mirrors and even 70's core folk rock classicalism. Their "first release back from a 4 year hiatus, and the first of 3 albums (they) just finished", the beautiful melancholy "Fall into Line" blends garden rock Americana atmospheres. The narrative simmers and swells with big ascensions and tightly would percussive layers of sound as the vocal aesthetic, up close like a hushed late night phone call, feels so intimate as "a story about someone who's not ready to settle down" unwinds.
