"what good is a friend if she's not home..."
Nadia Kamrath recently released the 4th single from her upcoming EP. It is called "For Lucy" and it churns along on double time bass and guitar while a lovely sort of indie dream pop minimalistic orchestration spins around it all in lovely ways. Nadia's vocal aesthetic feels effortless and glides on intimate melodies about deep friendships that may or may not have faded. Nadia's voice feels not only pure but has an ethereal quality that flavors her songs with a grand, even sort of surreal pop quality but all the while the organic emotionality feels sweet, feels melancholy and earnest. She spins her dream pop / indie rock sound with out pretense. No matter what kind of music you are into, "For Lucy" swims in your head in the best possible way.

I write soft and vulnerable indie-pop songs filled with dreamy hooks and melodies. Songwriting is my favorite thing in the whole world and I’ve been doing it since I can remember. My parents have old videos of me making up lyrics and singing ridiculously before I even knew how to write. In all the years since then, I’ve filled notebooks and notebooks with my words. I love telling stories about my experiences and interpretations of love in its most fragile state. I hope you enjoy listening to my songs as much as I enjoyed creating them.
