"Sunset and I was in 42 ways / I had so much to say / But couldn't open my mouth / I caught a spirit and it / Filled me like the ocean / And I started drowning / From the inside out..."
The emotional swollen blisters of "KEROSENE", by Virginia artist / producer Caleb L’Etoile might take you to surreal places or real places. An angst filled feargach busker punk opera for a world on fire, the always passionate provocateur, once again, is intent on his bloodletting fully spilling over. His aesthetic is strident and maybe not for the faint of heart but certainly full of heart and existential dread.
[This is the final song off my just-released album "American Death". It's a complex and wandering song that's more of a suite in pop song format if you will. It's a song about the current state of things in the US, and it wears influences of Modest Mouse, mewithoutyou, and Destroyer. Thanks for listening :D]

Caleb L’Etoile is an artist/producer from Virginia who paints vivid portraits of life's rawest moments through cathartic, dance-fueled anthems that sit somewhere between the edges of pop, indie rock, and electronica.
[I’m Caleb. I am an artist, producer, multi-instrumentalist, and singer from Virginia. I make DIY art pop music in my bedroom that blurs the edges of pop, indie rock, and electronica. I’ve released my full length album -"You Gathered Friction" in 2024 and my second full length, "American Death" this year (2025) .]- Caleb
