"oooooh, ooh, ooooh, ooooooooh"
Essex / Baltimore, Maryland two piece garage punk duo, The Dead Ringers, conjure up the spirits of dead 50's rebels without a cause (or maybe not) but there is a hint of 50's / 60's torture rock in their garage punk. The big two man wave of sound does feel a bit Phil Spector-esque with surf punk washing over. It is called Salt from their "Dull Life" EP and it is bitter and caustic (and sweet).
The Dead Ringers are Aaron Donahue (guitars, bass, synth, vox) and Jason "Geezus" Kendall (drums, synth, vox).

Consisting of two main members, The Dead Ringers was formed by Jason Kendall (drums, vocals) and Aaron Donahue (guitars , vocals) in spring of 2018. Both playing from age of only 9, the two ended up playing in bands together around Maryland. Performing covers in bars and house parties as much as they can, they quickly became embedded in the local MD music scene.
It wasn't until deciding to create a two man recording project that things changed. Working together to release a debut EP titled Eaten Away, followed by another named She Was A Stunner, and a full length self titled record, the newly released Antidepressant Distraction release serves as a testament to where the band is at with their sound right now.
