"am I alone, are you hear with me, am I too blind to see..."
Stepping into the candle lit shape shifter "Here With Me" by London's Ballin' Jacks and there is such a glorious blends of emotional and sonic tones. A stunning pastiche of rhythm and blues, psych rock, doo wop, lounge pop and explosive artful chamber pop on high. Mind blown and I though of an amalgam of artists like Chicano Batman, Squeeze and Nilsson and Lennon (Harry Nisllon and John Lennon). You might have to chew on that for awhile to get what I am saying.
I am loving 70's soul pop aesthetic full of romance and grand gestures that eventually spins out of control and erupts into a glorious jazz dance horn solo. Fucking incredible. Nostalgic and fresh, time bending and artfully dense. Wow.
